are they in my place now? will we be switched?
*soft chuckling* haha *shaking head softly*
just the another day, i thought of this. i was picturing this in my head for no reason.
i realized that it could be possible that those specific people on a specific diet could be in my shoes now. you see, i had been a vegetarian half of my life now. growing up, it was difficult for me to eat at other people's homes. they and i have gone through awkward moments, sometimes embarassing miscommunication. nonetheless, it was very learning experience (and it still is to this day anyway).
ok, get this...i was visualizing myself hosting a dinner party at my apartment in md, where i plan to move to later on, i imagined my friends coming up to my door knocking for me as i was preparing n getting ready to greet them. they bought a few friends of their own as well. i also pictured a fiction character standing along with our mutal friend, who bought her or him, waiting at the door and during that moment, she or he turns and taps on the friend and asks what i will be serving. our friend warns him or her that 'vee is a vegetarian so dont expect any meats'. then, that character's face changes to a disappiontment and then shifts to a concerned state. s/he turns again and tells the friend, "but i need meat. i am on atkins."
now, wouldn't that be ironic?
(u know now what to expect if any of you ever come to my dinners, winks. i make real good fulfilling dishes, i assure you that.)
